Lois, With your years of experience in dealing with people I feel sure you get more than your share of criticisms. I would like to send you a sincere compliment. I am a resident of Timer Pines. Recently I was delighted to get acquainted with a very sweet little lady of 97 years who lives over in the original section of Spring Hill. Our metting was accidental - but that is another story. Her name is Peg Rogers and she lives alone and quite independently I might add. She was clearly starved for human contact. I visited her several times and on a recent Saturday I picked her up and brought her over to the TP club for lunch. She was simply delighted - this was such a treat for her. Following our lunch and as we were leaving the club you drove into the circle drive and as you moved toward the door you spoke to Peg and commented about how pretty she looked in her lavender dress. You will never know the positive impact this had on the this sweet soul. She had probably not had a compliment like that in many, many years. Isn't it strange how often what we say makes such an impact and, equally, how often we never realize that it did - be it good or bad. I have never met you but recognized yoiu from the pictures I have seen. I feel that people who deal with the public every day commonly get more criticism than they deserve - hence, I think it is important that they should know when they have done or said something, however innocently, that made a difference in someone's day. I just wanted you to know this. As an aside, this little lady is a gem. She is alert, bright, relatively physically active, drives her car, and so enjoys telling stories of her very interesting life. It is truly sad how often we get so engrossed in hussle and bustle of our own lives that we fail to listen to the "Pegs" of the world when they have so much to offer us that we could learn from. Thank you for brightening Peg's day, and mine as well!

Thanks, Dan & Lorraine Watson

Dear Lois, Just a little note to bring a great big "Thanks" for everything!

All good wishes to you - Maxine Wells

Dear Lois, How very nice of you to give me a subscription of Better Homes and Gardens. I'm astounded, astonished and pleased! Thank you so much...

Sincerely, Dot

Dear Lois, Now that I am just about settled in my lovely condo, I want to take time out to thank you for all you did to sell my house and to make the process as painless as possible! I could not have done this on my own without you guiding me all along the way. I know Larry would have been pleased at the final result. Selling on my own, as you know, was a "first" for me and I want you to know that I appreciated your patience and understanding. I wish you only the best in the years ahead.

Thanks you for being so very nice, John & Joan Mylonas

Dear Lois, Thanks for the subscription to Better Homes & Gardens. I really enjoy the magazine. I've been wanting to thank you for your kind and pleasant assistance in helping us find our house. The house and Timber Pines is everything you promised Thanks again for everything. Please, feel free to stop in if you're in the neighborhood!

Sincerely, Deb

Dear Lois, Many, many thanks for all your hard work with Mom and Dad. And especailly for your fine hospitality at your house and at Bayport. I will make Bayport a frequent stop on up coming trips to Timber Pines. I truely believe my folks will love Oak Cluster and Timber Pines. Dad is so excited and I love to see that! Mom is looking forward to many new friendships. How about the Collins from Springfield, Mass.? Oh I know it will be great for both of them. I trust all went well today. It's a great contract. Good job, Lois!

Thanks, Maria

Dear Lois, You made our dreams come true!!! Thanks so much for helping us find a homein Timber Pines. We're sorry we made you work so hard in all that heat. We loved every minute and the end was great!

Cordially, Frank

Dear Lois, Just a note to tell you what a pleasure it was to meet you yesterday during the Chamber of Commerece tour to Tallahassee. I have heard so many nice things about you from my friend's in Timber Pines. In fact you are much nicer than they said. Where in the world would you find a lady in the wind and rain and than run up and say "Hi! Lois of Timber Pines, I always wanted to meet you!". And immediatly I felt we were like old friends. You are my kind of gal. No wonder you are such an excellent realtor.

Sincerely, Lorraine & Bill Casey

Hi Lois, Just a note to say thanks for a job well done. You demonstrate a high degree of professionalism which is so refreshing and increasingly rare today. Lorraine and I both wish you a healthy and happy new year and keep up the good work.

Sincerely Yours, Donald & Ruth Swartley

To whom it may concern; We wish to show our appreciation for services rendered. The manner in which Ms. Lois Wilbur handled herself in the closing of our villa. And the way she followed through with extra services such as; watching over our house in every detail until we could return from Cincinnati. Due to illness the time was not short. To top it off, as a gift, there was a beautiful name-plate hanging outside to welcome us home. (Thanks Lois) I am sure you realize you have a gem in such and employee! We recommend Ms. Lois Wilbur to everyone.
